We support individuals, communities and organisations with wellbeing workshops and sessions available 1:1, in groups, and wellness retreats — online, in-person and worldwide.

This 4-part trauma-informed workshops helps people leaders and managers understand stress and burnout patterns, including how childhood experiences shape them, and equips them with actionable tools to boost resilience, energy, and psychological safety at work.

This multi-part workshop focuses on understanding how stress manifests in the body and mind - impacting the spirit while uncovering the archetypes that drive overextension and fatigue. Attendees will learn how to regulate their nervous system and build new patterns of calm under pressure.
